Longtail organizes a training that provides practical insights, grounded in scientific research, into successfully interviewing candidates. The training specifically focuses on attracting top talent. The best people in the market view a job, a potential employer, the hiring manager, and the interview itself differently. Based on a set of core principles and the psychology of top talent, the training helps participants develop the right hiring manager mindset.

The training is delivered by Bart Dietz and Peter Freriks. Bart is an Assistant Professor at Rotterdam School of Management and an Advisory Partner at Longtail. He has published multiple articles in leading academic journals. Peter is a Partner at Longtail and has many years of experience as a trusted advisor in career and leadership development. Together, they form a powerful combination of theory and practice, offering unique insights and actionable advice.
