Pisitta is an expert in leadership development, learning, training, diversity, and mindfulness for managers. She helps Longtail connect business practice with scientific research, ensuring a more rigorous and evidence-based approach.
Pisitta is an expert in leadership development, learning, training, diversity, and mindfulness for managers. She studied Economics at Chulalongkorn University, Sociology at the University of Oxford, and holds a PhD in Leadership Development from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
She previously worked as a research associate at INSEAD (Singapore) and as a visiting researcher at the Experiential Leadership Development Lab at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (USA). She is currently affiliated with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
